This pleasant condominium is within easy walking distance to skiing, hiking and mountain biking trails, and Breckenridge's many unique shops, restaurants and galleries.  It is also conveniently located in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains for the many wonderful vacation activities that Summit County has to offer year round. Guests of Atrium Unit #106 are welcome to use the hot tub and gas BBQ grills on the sun deck, as well as the large indoor atrium area pictured above.

         Breckenridge, Colorado's oldest genuine Victorian town (founded in 1859), is located at 9,603 feet above sea level, just two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70 and Colorado 9 southbound and two and one-half hours northwest of Colorado Springs Airport via U.S. 24 and Colorado 9 northbound.  This historic mining town has been beautifully renovated and has many great restaurants and shops.  Ski six of the world's best ski areas from Breckenridge; Peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10 (over 2,000 acres of ski area) are located right in Breckenridge while Keystone, Copper, and Arapaho Basin are just minutes away on the free shuttle.  Vail and Beaver Creek are 1/2 hour via I-70.  Summit County is also known for its summer fun: hiking, mountain biking (cruise down Peak 8), fly fishing, rafting, canoeing, golf, hot air balloon rides, 4-wheeling, horseback riding, concerts and festivals.
